Dogs in the office! Motivated set of coworkers Transparency in office decisions and working together to make long term decisions I enjoy being able to invest my time in a platform for the company, and not just for clients
Cons
Doesn't have the same benefits offering as other companies, however that is offset a good bit by a generous salary. While I came to this job having been underpaid in prior positions compared to others in the area/industry, the company has worked hard to continue bringing my salary closer to a more standard/comparable salary in the industry.
