Pros
Some of the people who worked at the lower positions, e.g. other fcr engineers were nice to interact with and understanding It was good to get experience but nothing more, all I left with was so much stress I had to go to the doctors regularly to get it dealt with
Cons
They will overwork you to the bone and continue to expect more while giving you just barely above minimum wage while also taking resources away from you or making you complete longer tasks which each successful fix while expecting you to have higher output You will regularly take on the work of what should be split over 2 people The only way you can get anything out of this place is if you are in the top level of management which even then, is nothing but an ego nightmare, you will be talked down on and god forbid you say anything even remotely suggestive that could hurt their ego
