      - Great salary - Interesting problems to solve - Always opportunities to learn new things

      Cons

      - No room for neurodivergent people - Management made promises that were not kept - You are expected to solve your own issues, attempting to reach out for help is considered an inconvenience, and you will be punished (no bonus) for it - Talented people are leaving because of bad management

      Everyone is very supportive, the work is challenging and meaningful, and the benefits and are very generous.

      Cons

      The training for the role and expectations that are laid out are very different from what the actual experience is. It’s an uphill work in progress.
