Pros

Absolutely nothing to say "pro" wise with this company. Honestly wish I could give zero stars.

Cons

I really don't even know where to begin. Let's just say your doing nothing but talking to what seems like robots all day. You don't have any HR number to call so if something happens your well kinda screwed. They dont even take the time to answer questions your asking and completely tells you about something else that has nothing to do with what your asked. Bluecrew has made me miss work multiple times due to lack of communications on their end. Lets just say PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Yes you see good reviews but if a BUNCH of people tell you stay away for the love of God STAY AWAY!

Pros

Finally after about a week a couple (4)jobs showed up in my area.

Cons

Ive been having issues with app since i downloaded. The glitches with tabs are horrible. Three days ive beem trying to update direct deposit info with no assistance. I received a ai email today giving me general infer to get information i already knew. It takes forever to get a response from the help desk. When they do response, you get 5-6 people responding asking the same questions just to go silent again. Then threaten to close your account when you dont respond to them. I was finally able to open the direct deposit tab this morning after several more tries, i connect my bank received confirmation. Just for the app to show on my dashboard i still needed to add my info. After i logged back in -it did it again i can see my information as already been save. But when you hit submit at the bottom of screen it says unable to save. Even while im writing this message. The icon keeps going up a few lines typing over my statement. So either im being hacked of the system is junk. I think its a little bit of both.
