Pros

Really flexible team and awesome work at home benefits if your home environment allows and your able work remotely.

Cons

The company monitors calls and technician screens for "QA". It can be a bit frustrating when you need to do something on your lunch break knowing that your screen can be viewed.

Pros

The management team is very transparent and they do business the honest way. No marketing fluff and they treat us good.

Cons

Constant oversight of tickets and phone calls can be intimidating.

Pros

The company's management is extremely organized and very respective of employees. As long as technicians complete their tasks, we are free to use our time to do other things. The work at home option is extremely attractive and the technology we get to use makes our jobs very easy and allows us to take on the biggest challenges with confidence.

Cons

The great amount of flexibility they give us also allows for comprehensive tracking and employee productivity tracking. Some of us are required to work standby on evenings, holidays and weekends for emergency tickets or special projects.
