Pros
1) You will get entry to work with MNC as inhouse 2) You will learn entry level technical stuffs on servers, Firewalls, networks etc. 3) Future for only sales people - they will get good commission
Cons
1) Increment is really less, you need to drop an email to them for the work you have done - Technically if you cry for salary increment they will atleast consider. 2) No proper employee policies or employee benefits. 3) No proper trainings. 4) No work-life balance, you need to work even on off days, after business hours and for overtime you need to again follow-up a lot. 5) No future for technical engineers Not recommended for long term
