Outstanding senior leadership, with a particularly approachable and down-to-earth CEO. Excellent place to learn due to the high level of business and financial complexity, providing exposure well beyond a typical finance role. Young, motivated team with lots of ideas and positive energy. Strong work–life balance supported by a hybrid working policy and many internal activities that help employees feel connected and part of the company.

No significant cons to highlight. I had a very positive experience and thoroughly enjoyed my five years with the company.
