Pros

Used to be a good company to work for with great and dedicated employees. We focused on what would help our customers and success happened accordingly. That was ever so long ago though...

Cons

First of all it should be stated that the review from August 17th must have been written by the CTO himself, which of course is his right although calling himself visionary is stretching things. Bluebeam has totally lost all sense of direction. Leadership is desperately clinging to a product roadmap based solely on buzzwords and with no concern for customer value. The CTO makes impossible promises to the CEO about deliverables, and the CEO doesn't have the technical expertise to see that he is being hoodwinked. Employees are regarded as completely expendable, large rounds of layoffs were followed by most of the truly capable employees leaving for positions where they are more appreciated. Meanwhile, the CEO spends a fortune on various consultants and "inspirational" gurus, hoping for some silver bullet to get out of the rut. Endless preaching about how "buy-in is not optional" and the new company values (essentially identical to the old ones), but never an honest discussion about what customers actually want or how to help solve their problems.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear your time here ended on a negative note. Thank you for what we’re sure were the incredible contributions you made during your time here. Our business-wide transformation has been difficult for employees at every level, and we’re grateful to everyone who has been a part of the transition while continuing to grow the company at record levels.

Pros

Work remote. Team members are personable and easy to get along with.

Cons

Absolute lack of empathy from leadership. Little to 0 time for personal growth projects. 6 hours of nonstop calls daily. Inept customers that cannot enter their email address correctly and somehow turn that on you. Product that constantly changes without proper testing, leading to more unhappy customers and support tickets. Accrued PTO is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. Worst job I have ever had in my entire life.
