      Pros

      Great perks and benefits if you have time to use them. A really cool brand with some of the best people on the ground.

      Cons

      Some of the worst leadership I have ever experienced. You would think the CEO would take a hint by now. He is the common denominator. If only the parent company knew how he spent his time, company money, and treated his own team. If you want to feel small, berated, overworked and underpaid this must be the place.

      Great environment if you’re into a fast paced, fast growth culture and a getting things done mentality then it’s the place for you!

      Cons

      Hard working culture and very fast paced sometimes different working ours depending on scope.

      great colleagues strong product line benefits are theoretically great but good luck finding time to use them

      Cons

      -CEO (Andy) is an extremely difficult person to work with. I appreciate a strong personality in leadership, but belittling people, creating & fostering a clique-like culture, shaming people for trying to achieve any semblance of work-life balance, and openly and publicly berating people are not qualities I enjoy in the workplace. -pay is notoriously low -taking time off is nearly impossible
