      Great team of smart people working on cool, new technology that solves real problems and with a stellar customer list of early adopters.

      Cons

      This is a startup so you have to be willing to go beyond what was on the job description when you got hired. But this is a great way to learn.

      Pros

      Working with cutting edge database technologies: Hadoop, Big Data; working with advanced security; chance to make a massive difference against the data breaches that are plaguing companies today. Great people. Fantastic customer list. Standing desks, good amenities, etc.

      Cons

      It's a startup so can be demanding with lots to do. Need to be a self-starter and be comfortable with ambiguity.
