      Pros

      You will get a great opportunity to learn how a leader should not be like. If you want just a time pass, BPSi is the right place. If you are taking your career path seriously, don't even think of joining BPSi.

      Cons

      Employees have to suffer because of supervisors who are not at all deserved to be in that position. Some are only interested in Gadgets, cricket and fun times. If you want to be treated fairly, you should atleast have a fair skin color or do bucketing...just following their previous manager!!! Don’t even dream of a career growth.

      I genuinely enjoy working at Blue Stream. Management and owners are supportive and great to work with. Pay is amazing Employees are like family and the training programs are helpful and fun. Blue Stream always celebrates the holidays together, love it!! if you're looking for a Position come right here to apply
