- So much work pressure in initial days of Joining. - Don't care about work life balance, expect employees to sit 24 hours for work. - Seniors don't respect juniors. - Poor management. - Your work is neither appreciated nor respected. - People who join this company as an intern are of great benefit because you will be promoted to team lead in just 1-3 years of experience and will handle people who have experience of more than 4 years. - You will get the best opportunities in this company if you are good at boot licking and don't have any self respect. - No employee vale as they fired there employees without any notice or prior information. - If your manager is in a good mood then you are all set for the day but if not then get ready for insults coming up your way without any reason. - They think that a person should be trained enough with the work done in Bluestacks before joining the company because they won't give you time for training and understanding the product. - They think they are equivalent to FAANG and contributing a lot to this society(Universe) - Team politics. - Immature team lead who makes personal comments and thinks herself very cool .
