Pros
They try to keep up morale with dress-up days (come to work in your PJ's or your Halloween costume) and some sweet treats.
Cons
They have a high attrition rate so RBT's are always coming and going and the staff that you rely on isn't stable. They don't have sufficient funding to up-keep the locations. The RBT lounge didn't have a working light in the back for over 2 months, the adult bathroom hasn't had a working soap dispenser in over a month and there are not enough walkie-talkies or computers to go around.
