Pros

Great place to start in ABA/get your foot in the door. Relationships with the kids and staff are amazing; it feels like family BCBA's/Supervisors are open to feedback and collaboration; very hands on Questions regarding the therapy given are always welcomed Culture/attitudes towards the kids are very loving, caring, and compassionate

Cons

There is little to no opportunity to grow/ become promoted Starting pay and raises are the lowest in the field/region Little to no transparency between upper management and starting staff in regards to pay, growth opportunities, etc. There is no representation of people of color (POC) in upper management

Pros

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

Cons

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
