It is important that we follow all industry standards and provide the highest quality ABA therapy services possible, and we will continue to find ways to make our processes more efficient for all. In terms of pay, we work diligently to ensure that we are competitive in the field, but also recognize that we have room for improvement and new feedback.       Pros

      - ability to help families and children - coworkers who care - Trumpet Behavioral Health team that was acquired are mostly good people

      Cons

      - owned by KKR private equity firm that values profit over people - gaslighting - racism - micromanagement - toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for) - will fire you if you speak up - HR does nothing to solve problems - closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership - many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
