Pros

Getting to build relationships with your local team and families. Having amazing inspiring clinicians like Dr Michael Cameron on staff.

Cons

Limited interactions with inspiring clinicians. Local supervisors do not know how to train senior-level clinicians in their role (since they arent BCBAs) but expect them to train themselves with little to no resources, or ever-changing resources (which they don't review with you). HR does not take claims of harassment or discrimination seriously, no follow up on internal claims, and continued workplace retaliation. Each office is scraping to get by barely knowing what they are doing. Families and new RBTS suffer and services are inconsistent. Poor training and curriculum assistance for newer clinicians. Boast about trauma-informed care but many clinicians haven't been trained nor supervisors.

Thank you for your feedback! We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed working with the clients and their families at BlueSprig. To ensure that our teams are well supported, we decided to slow down our growth in 2021. We now offer several weeks of training for new staff as well as additional training opportunities throughout the year like our month-long clinical conference and LearnUpon courses. We will continue to follow up and follow through on all feedback and thank you for your time!

The work is meaningful and rewarding. Employees have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children and families. Many team members are passionate about the mission and committed to providing quality care.

Cons

Like many growing organizations, there can be challenges related to communication, staffing, and balancing operational demands. Experiences may vary depending on location and leadership.
