Cons

Top priority for this company is profit- not clients and not frontline employees. The pay is the lowest of any clinic, the clients are isolated and bored with the environment. “Full-time” is 15-30 hours and they will furlough employees as quickly as they possibly can.

Pros

- ability to help families and children - coworkers who care - Trumpet Behavioral Health team that was acquired are mostly good people

Cons

- owned by KKR private equity firm that values profit over people - gaslighting - racism - micromanagement - toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for) - will fire you if you speak up - HR does nothing to solve problems - closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership - many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
