Pros

This is an outstanding work environment with compassionate leaders looking to not only change the world for children with autism but to build outstanding therapist to make that change possible. There are so many growth opportunities within the company and support to succeed. Paid internships Masters % payouts and job opportunities as BT, RBT, Lead RBT, Safety Assistants, Operations Managers, Administrative Assistants, BCBA Inters, BCaBAs, Clinical Directors and BCBA opportunities after testing. I haven’t been apart of something SO passionate in my life until I found BlueSprig. I’ve always wanted to make a change that would help others. Here with Blue Sprig I’ve changed my life the lives of my clients as well as the lives of their families. The goals BlueSprig has set for me will help continue my mission, the mission of our clinic and of BlueSprigs’ to help continue to change the world for children with autism.

Cons

Some may or may not see this as a con but I know I hear it often. Holidays! There’s not many Holidays given throughout the year but there are opportunities to utilize BlueSprig PTOs to have more days off with respect to requested times.

Pros

Ethics committee, training team supportive, amazing RBTs

Cons

Leadership ACD/CD unethical, lack of transparency, poor communication, lack of knowledge regarding OSHA/company policies/Title 17&22, RBTs expressed concerns not being met by leadership and feelings of discrimination. Pay was not competitive and center was using old school ABA methods and restraints/control methods to support challenging behaviors. Parents were not informed when restraints were used on child.
