Pros

Generous PTO decent base pay

Cons

CEO is a micromanager. All of the positive reviews are clearly lies because they are all done on the same day. That right there should tell you the company is a scam. CEO does not care about employees. CEO has used car salesman mentality and lacks innovation. Day to day duties consisted of constantly searching for candidates that were not easy to find given the cheap rates and less than desirable clients. The building is horrendous and the career trajectory is nonexistent. You can gain great skills at other agencies.

Pros

BlueSky delivered a very strong experience end-to-end. Clear communication, smooth onboarding, and consistent support throughout the engagement. Special thanks to Addie Shadrix and Brian Brooks - both were highly responsive, pragmatic, and proactive in removing blockers and keeping expectations aligned across all parties. They matched me to a high-impact role aligned with my Process Excellence and automation skill set, and the partnership worked so well that an initial 6-month target extended to roughly 15 months, ultimately resulting in a permanent offer with the end client. Professional team, strong follow-through, and an outcomes-focused approach.

Cons

Nothing materially affect the overall experience.

Pros

- Like that, we could work hybrid, but when life happens, they still expect you to come in (not having a vehicle) - Lunch from HR a good bit of the time when coming into the office

Cons

- The president/founder doesn't get close to anyone - just a number - Paying less than average - Account managers don't have good relationships with clients, so there are barely any jobs, hiring managers barely get back to them, therefore not as many deals are getting closed, and they/you get the run around because of it - People went to the president's club who didn't even qualify for it - just a "clique" kind of environment - Very toxic culture - no one really likes anyone, and everyone talks crap about you behind closed doors - not a long-term friend atmosphere - Nowhere to move up in the company - title doesn't mean anything - No leadership - No raises
