Cons
The company has been growing, but still has a fairly flat organizational structure. That can be good and bad, depending on your preferences and goals. I will state, however, that BlueSky strives to promote from within and place its employees on desired career paths, but advancement into management roles over the near term could be viewed as being somewhat limited.
