Pros
The people at BlueRock are great. A younger demographic and you truly do make lasting connections here. They have a lot in place to keep up a good culture. They care for career progression and you have a lot of opportunities to grow quickly if you are good at what you do. They have a lot of learning opportunities if you are not quite at the level to progress yet. There isn't a big corporate culture - you can be yourself.
Cons
Board and leadership are quick to change their mind about decisions and directions they want to take the company in. Very frequent changes in the workplace which can lead to exhaustion. There is a strong 'mate' culture going on at the top where some are protected against from feedback/wrongdoings - this makes that there are some people in leadership positions that should not be. Not very competitive salary while expecting very high work ethic - this is justified through the culture.
