      Pros

      Everyone knows everyone and are super nice to each other. There's no paper-pushing and office politics are kept to a bare minimum. There's no closed doors and everyone is happy to help (within reason :)).

      Cons

      There's a bit of a doomsday atmosphere, the financial state being what it is in the company. It kind of puts a pall on the whole work experience. It breeds a lot of dark humor and uncertainty is never fun when it comes to your job security.

      Right skill gets you good opportunities. Lots of travel required. Challenging work. Good team. Opportunity to learn and develop skills as part of project experiences.

      Cons

      no corporate vision or cohesive strategy in either product development or sales. very mercernary tactics used to deal with issues. Employees are expendable when unneeded. No brilliance in the team
