      -always something new to learn (and they will help you to learn it) -hires focus on personality and work ethic as well as skill which creates a great working team -the company believes in paying good wages for good people (or provides other compensations)

      Cons

      -small office -parking downtown Victoria is expensive and buses are unreliable

      The team was fantastic. Very challenging building products with such an ancient tech stack. The boss was very flexible when it came to life plans.

      Cons

      Ancient tech stack and feature creeping was an issue at times.
