1. Exposure to valuable international experience 2. Good work-life balance 3. Wonderful people, good atmosphere in local regional office and all around the company. 4. Opportunity to develop professionally and learn about the impact investment.
Cons
The compensation can be described as the only disadvantage. It was acceptable, but could have been more attractive and generous. It is not competitive with the compensation offered at the big local banks. However, objectively speaking, the work-life balance is worse in commercial banks, so it comes down to a personal compromise when deciding where to work.
