Pros
Great place to learn and be coached through the beginning of your sales career. Small company where you get to collaborate and work with virtually everyone at different points in time. The culture and coaching is personalised to your needs. Autonomy over who you prospect and reach out to, you have a lot of freedom over your routine.
Cons
The pay is on the lower side as far as the industry is concerned - however opportunity to climb and increase your pay is always there. They also run incentives consistently that allow you to earn a lot of money on top of your base salary. The product is quite technical which can lead to it being slightly harder to sell that a standard, generic software product.
