Pros

Organised training program, work from home (after 3months or depends on your market)

Cons

No company benefit such as gym membership (though it's right downstairs), no discount travel etc, work under pressure(you have to look after a lot of calls under pressure since your team leader checks time to time how long the call takes, how many calls you received a day), low salary and unfixed work schedule (if you're not flexible because of visa status), micro managing
