Young and friendly workforce, but some departments are more outgoing than others. Opportunity for promotion is there. Comprehensive trainning.
Cons
Managers are not necessarilly more educated or even knowledgeable than you. They got there bc they are friends with the right people. Its more about how well you are liked than your actual skills. The Compagny is expecting great flexibility from you but thats just one way. Eg, you need to plan september shifts by 15th july. I undestand operational needs, but the way they do it doesnt make sence. The person in charge is just not organized enough for this task so everyone has to suffer. Crazy work schedule and getting lower salaries than what similar companies are offering. Some colleagues ( the ones you go to in case of issues) can be moody and irresponsives.
