Pros
I liked organization of the company. I had a great teamleader - he is a very good person and very good at his job, he is a mentor. If somebody doesn't mind repetitive job, I would recommend it. But nothing for me...
Cons
I didn't like low flexibility in the company. I like different structure of work. I also didn't like strict breaks. Also the evaluation for the bonus could be set differently.
