Pros

- The product had a lot of potential. It looks pretty and has all the components of being great. It had a lot of inaccuracies but new development was pushed more than working on fixes. - In a good location, close to the freeway. - Small company, so there was potential for growth if it could get off the ground.

Cons

- There were a lot of promises made to each employee that joined like more pay, bonuses, insurance, etc. but nothing was delivered. They would always say 'in a couple months' or 'when we land this customer'. - Over promising, under delivering with customers. Customers were constantly frustrated that development items were not being delivered when they were told by the CEO they would be which cause customers to leave or become disinterested. - Toxic leadership from the top. The owners (husband & wife) were never on the same page. There was no collaboration or creativity, only being told what to do. If a solution did not fit 'their vision' it was shut down or argued, even though all the employees come from successful tech companies.

Pros

- Product has potential. Data is inaccurate 30% of the time but this could be fixed with development work. - Only 2 full time employees so room for growth. - Great lunch spots nearby.

Cons

- Owners are a husband wife couple. Argue and fight during meetings which make things very awkward. Also passive aggressive toward us (the employees). - False Promises. Nobody has worked at the company longer than 12 months because owners can't deliver on promises made during the hiring process. - All decisions go through owners, who don't deviate from their "systems and processes", thus squashing all creativity from outside employees with experience in Saas.
