Pros

During my time as Travel and Logistics Coordinator at BlueForce Inc. - Guatemala, I had the opportunity to contribute and support the travel and logistics needs of the advisors developing the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI), which was promoted by the United States government to help Central American countries combat organized crime, violence, and drug trafficking. During this time, I received significant support from the company and headquarters; the Guatemala office was run correctly and in compliance with local laws. Employees received additional benefits beyond those established by local law, such as business phone numbers, cellphone plans, American holidays in addition to local holidays, bonuses, and more. The treatment was always respectful and cordial, and when the time came to close the program, due to reasons beyond the company's control, the severance packages received were in accordance with the law and on time. I would definitely return to work on projects led by BlueForce.

Cons

None come to my mind.

Pros

Supportive team and collaborative environment. The team is always willing to jump in and help when challenges arise. There is a strong sense of camaraderie that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. Teamwork and collaboration are a big part of the culture here. I believe the team dynamic is one of the strongest parts of the company. Great environment to share ideas and learning from one another. Also, the flexible remote work options which helps maintaining a good work-life balance. The company's commitment to flexibility is invaluable—especially during peak project times.

Cons

Communication between departments could improve as the company evolves. While the team is collaborative and has a team-driven mentality, communication isn't always streamlined.

Pros

Wargames were joint and often times included allies and partners; this made the wargame an outstanding environment for experimenting with concepts, as well as preparing the USAF, for future conflicts. BF primarily remained hands off in how the team at Andrews AFB performed their duties--this was a plus in the team's ability to work freely with the primary--the USAF.

Cons

Nothing overly troublesome comes to mind. I do not remember ever meeting David M. West.
