      - No 401k match, then again it is a startup company. - Few "bad apple" employees. Fortunately most of them left.

      Super smart Engineering. Management does not appreciate the quality of engineers they have got. Some of the most creative minds spend the majority of their day doing customer support because there is no support team.

      - Lost Management - Indecisive Product managers, they are extremely reactive rather than being proactive and keep changing direction. - No real Big data Person in top management - Obsession with VMware -
