Extremely poor management with no regard for employee well-being. Zero appreciation or recognition for hard work. Management acts supportive only until their work is done, then shows complete disregard. The owner often sends messages on weekends, violating work-life balance and damaging the work culture. You’re expected to say "yes" to everything without question — no room for healthy dialogue. Even under the label of "learning," the environment feels more pressurizing than educational.
