Cons
Terrible management. Usually only 2 employees on sight, program manager and program specialist. Some managers harass and abuse their specialist with no repercussions. The company vehemently protects abusive and bad managers. Unrealistic deadlines, due to leadership’s bad planning. Senior leadership is most of the time disconnected from day to day operational shortcomings. They bait and switch about everything outside base pay and benefits.
