Growing company, there is a chance to leave your mark.

Lied when recruiting me. Wrong title, lied about metrics and what they look for, everything turned opposite of what was said. 12 days annual leave, which is a joke. No benefits for international workers. Clear division on mixed teams with US and international employees. Internationals are treated like B team. Million internal meetings that don't move the needle in any significant way but only add stress and take time away from actual work.

Training and certifications are pretty good

Just got laid off right before the holidays due to 'restructuring,' and with almost no severance. It's a tough pill to swallow, especially when you've been putting in the work and even got some good training and certifications, like Snowflake core for the short time i was with Blue Cloud My time there was pretty rough, to be honest. Managers seemed completely out of touch, not listening to concerns and clearly not understanding the tech we were working with, like Databricks and Snowflake, at the GF client even though they claimed to be experts. It felt like a constant uphill battle. In the end, its the developers and people at the bottom of the corporate chain that suffer.
