      Professional, yet relaxed environment, interesting project, and ample opportunities to utilize the technologies and tools that I thought would be best.

      Cons

      For me, it was the 2.5 hour (each way) commute!

      Good team atmosphere and lots of room for growth with personal skills and development

      Cons

      High intensity situations can arise at a moments notice and it's on the dev responsible to make sure the deliverable goes out on time
