Pros

-Vacation time is better then average -401 K is not bad for the size of the company that they are

Cons

-Software platforms are unique but constant flaws that require around the clock fine tuning from developers -Huge gap in communication between US and European offices -Management only looks after 4 or 5 high priority accounts. Smaller customers end up falling by the wayside -Sales rarely if ever meets their targets. Growth is definitely not this companies strong-suit -Support is constantly understaffed

Pros

Selling a product from a foreign country may be attractive to prospects. Having a niche with refrigerated units appears to be a door-opener to get appointments

Cons

Basically zero training, leads, support, and horrible service. The fact that the corp. office is in Ireland, with a 5-7 hour time zone difference, makes it nearly impossible to get anything accomplished. Units are not priced per the industry, zero full integration which is mandatory in the gps world, and a total misuse talent is why Blue Tree Systems will never be a significant player. After 20 years of business they only have a very few customers in the US speaks unto itself.
