Flexibility in hours but struggles with management and exits - Branch Manager/Sales Manager Blue Star Employee Review

There is nothing good left now except mentioned Pros. I have worked for more than 13 years in totality (11 Years in First Inning & almost 2 years in second inning but still struggling to get out of this organization and literally feel like harassment even after spending so many years at company. Not allowing to get relieved even after 60 days of notice period and HR and reporting manager are stubborn for 90 days as per policy. Same thing happened with many other employees too recently.
