Great small company where you can make a huge impact and grow within your role. Those with gritty tenacity seem to have the greatest level of success and opportunity. Must be willing to put in the work. That's not part of my job, role, or description attitude won't get you anywhere here. Really great place if you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done!
