      Easy to communicate with management. Exposed to many different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Small business so everything runs through one or two people. Slower response but shows a lot of promise for personal growth.

      Pros

      It is mainly a staffing firm, so largely depends on fortunes and highs and lows of government consulting and contracts like so many small businesses in the federal consulting space. The CTO is a very empathetic leader, loved working for him while I was there.

      Cons

      Not many irons in the fire so if one govt contract ends as is happening in 2025 with all the DOGE cuts, you are pretty much out of work.
