Sometimes you have to take a task outside of job duties, however, this is with all small businesses. And it is not an issue

It is mainly a staffing firm, so largely depends on fortunes and highs and lows of government consulting and contracts like so many small businesses in the federal consulting space. The CTO is a very empathetic leader, loved working for him while I was there.

Not many irons in the fire so if one govt contract ends as is happening in 2025 with all the DOGE cuts, you are pretty much out of work.
