      Pros

      Only 2 positive things I can say about Blue Skies Cleaning was that you got exercise (when you worked), and you meet new people.

      Cons

      Highly inconsistent with scheduled work. Lots of upset clients due to tardiness of Senior Cleaner arriving late on site. Not much pay and lots of miles between cleaning jobs.

      easy task/ easy money, $75 monthly Dry clean free, health insurance, PTO,

      Cons

      Management issues, angry customers, no support from management, incompetent teammates, low pay, slave drivers. Be prepare to deal with the mess management create, ex employees may call for revenge. Workload is getting more and more, but a raise is never happening. no paid holidays, Dry cleaning is so expensive , the $75 is only good to cover about 6 sweaters including tax. DO NOT WORK THERE, DO NOT APPLY THERE, IF YOU ARE NOT DYING TO HAVE A JOB, GO APPLY ELSEWHERE OTHER THAN HERE. Terrible management!
