1yThank you for taking the time to review your prior experience working at Blue Signal. The Blue Signal recruiting leadership team values employee feedback tremendously and is consistently making changes in process to solve for issues brought to our attention, including accountability as you’ve highlighted in your comments. New initiatives including a role scorecard and recruiter data requirements are being pushed out this month to the team and will hold both sides of the role (recruiters and account managers) accountable for quick results.
We also want to mention our leadership team is aware our recruitment process can be so thorough that it is not a "fit" for all recruiters. A multi-step process to qualify a role before getting it out to the team takes additional time, but is required to prevent recruiters from not having all questions answered prior to begin working on the role. We have made many changes to this process in the past year, and appreciate feedback on how we can continue to improve this process.
