Pros

There were no pros working here.

Cons

Everyone is hired as a freelancer but everyone must be available whenever leadership says so. The workload is intense, and most people are left to drown with little direction. Management likes to decide when to treat you like a contractor and when they expect you to act like a FTE to their benefit.

Pros

remote work unlimited time off (unpaid)

Cons

You will be micromanaged to an extreme level. The CEO especially is an extreme micromanager. There is little to no project management system. Managers will require you to track tasks in 4 different ways while also having daily meetings to go over tasks. People get fired based on performance, but management never gave any indication that their work was unsatisfactory. They say you can pick your own hours and be flexible, but there is an expectation to always be available to respond to emails and Slacks 7 days a week. It is a contract so you do not get any benefits like health insurance, 401k match, and other typical benefits from a W2 job. Overall, just a very unorganized and shady company. Do yourself a favor and find a W2 job or a contract with a bigger company.
