Pros

1. Inclusive and Supportive office culture 2. Company hires experienced and personable talent. 3. Overtime in the summer months. 4. Managers seem to genuinely care about their employees.

Cons

1. Insufficient training and oversight. 2. Managers wear too many hats. 3. Unattainable bonus structure. 4. Doing the right thing by the customer is not always supported or rewarded. 5. The bottom line is more important to the company than doing what is right. 6. Managers don’t realize the importance of pool industry knowledge, and don’t train newcomers enough to know what they’re talking about. If you have prior pool industry knowledge, you will likely butt heads with management as they don’t really know what they’re talking about. 7. Inconsistency. 8. Discriminatory dress code enforcement. 9. No HR Department. 10. Barely pays a living wage. 11. Benefits and time-off are a joke.

Pros

I love this place, I love the people. Great company if you do your job well. Compensated well, treated with respect and the monthly potlucks are excellent. I’m only leaving when/if I win the lotto.

Cons

Fast paced but not a con if you like to stay busy. Customers can be a bit rude at times.

Pros

none, literally if you're new to the industry just train and go to another company

Cons

too many to list, $10 per pool, expected to work from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and after all that work it comes out to 15 an hour. you will work through holidays and you will actually make less because the company forces you to take a day off unpaid.
