Pros

Working alone is the only pro

Cons

You are paid by pool not hourly, my trainer was very knowledgeable. But when you are on you're own you get a trashy route with algae pools from the last tech that quit. 15-18 pools a day with a 10-20 min timer per pool. Very stressful, overworked underpaid. The truck i received was trashed with old food all over and flat tires !!, I only got half the equipment to do the job so i ended up having to work harder and not do so good of a cleanup on pools. They have cameras in the truck that they watch you all day even though they claim they don't. They have backlogged recording's of you!!! Extremely high turnover rate. Customers are upset over having a new tech every week and take it out on you. You will go rushing from pool to pool with no break and still work from sun up to sun down. Avoid this place unless you are desperate.

Pros

I love this place, I love the people. Great company if you do your job well. Compensated well, treated with respect and the monthly potlucks are excellent. I’m only leaving when/if I win the lotto.

Cons

Fast paced but not a con if you like to stay busy. Customers can be a bit rude at times.

Pros

none, literally if you're new to the industry just train and go to another company

Cons

too many to list, $10 per pool, expected to work from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and after all that work it comes out to 15 an hour. you will work through holidays and you will actually make less because the company forces you to take a day off unpaid.
