Cons
They wont' respect your job agreement and behave with you like you are a slave... They forced me to serve a Notice period of More than 1 month however as mentioned in my Joining letter it was 1 month only... Finally I had to request client to release me as per my Notice period with BRT, however even after that BRT management didn't clear my dues... I had to fight like anything and after almost 4 months I got my dues partially cleared... On top of that even after sending them 10+ mails, they never sent me F&F statement and tax deduction statements. They blocked my 2 months salary and released only 1 month salary in name of F&F statement. Now the management is unreachable and I'm really clueless if I should proceed legally on this. The F&F payment that I received is almost 1 Lac lesser than it was expected... It's the worst company I ever worked for...
