Pros

Food is Great Menu is Expensive Decor is nice Usually nice flow of customers on a daily basis.

Cons

Uses "Team Service" Which translates to serving staff being used as bussers, food runners, and lots of running side work. Tip out(3%) is mostly for hostesses Sections are terribly divided, causing variations of $100+ in tips Hiring process is extremely long, and they will often hire people without any experience. Training is even worse, with outdated manuals and menu workbooks. Very few people make it pass both and onto the floor, about 1 in 5. Turn-over is terrible, with average time being 2-3 months. You have to report to work about 20 mind before your shift so you are ready for the pre shift meeting, which is used for meticulous inspection of uniforms(they make you provide a dry cleaners tag), and scolding. The punishment is inconsistent and very extreme when enforced (often firing). General tone set is that you're expendable. Employee moral is dismal. Management consistently fails to follow corporate policies.
