Pros

High-tea Facility is good and on time

Cons

The recent appointment of the new HR Director has significantly impacted the work environment in a negative way. Coming from a non-technical background (specifically the airport industry), he has shown little understanding or interest in core HR functions like recruitment or operations. Instead of collaborating with the experienced HR team, he has taken to informally questioning other employees over tea and coffee about internal HR matters — creating an atmosphere of distrust and discomfort. This behavior has been further enabled by the CTO, who appears to support these divisive tactics, sidelining the Site Director who has worked hard to build and establish the Pune office from the ground up. The HR Director has introduced changes without any real grasp of their impact or relevance, and has not involved the existing leadership constructively in any of the processes. The result? Employee morale has plummeted. There's a noticeable drop in office attendance, and a growing number of employees are actively avoiding interaction with him. It’s disheartening to see the office culture being eroded so quickly due to misguided leadership.

Pros

Fully Remote & Base Pay are good... But!

Cons

Sales leadership (CRO and VP level) demonstrated inconsistent and selective enforcement of compliance standards, which were later used to pressure and threaten employment within the first 1–2 months. Commitments made during onboarding were not honored, including a pre-approved one-week family vacation, which was later used against me upon departure. There is a documented pattern of unfair compensation and quota practices. Multiple employees have left the organization due to these issues. Of eight Account Executives, only one is consistently hitting quota—and that individual has been with the company since its earliest days. The remaining seven AEs are not earning commission under the current structure. Prospective candidates should carefully evaluate leadership practices, quota realism, and compensation transparency before joining.
