Leadership doesn't listen to common sense. If Jeff asks for a unreasonable request leadership just agrees and makes a story that shows success .... then when the real world hits it is the lower level that gets blamed for the goal not being achieved. Very management top heavy company, leading to kingdom building. Morale is very low and the bad decisions keep driving it lower ... good people leaving daily or being let go for the wrong reasons. Many years of bad leadership have created a culture that will be very hard to break in the next 10 years to make Blue a successful company. They just keep making more and more unrealistic goals on top of so many previous bad decisions instead of making a achievable plan.
