Pros
Exciting, challenging, hands-on work. Long term vision and dedication from Bezos. Starting to change stagnant business practices.
Cons
Upper management levels are out of their league, unable to manage company growth and production of rockets. Too many managers from traditional aerospace unable to adjust their practices and instead shield themselves from all decision making. Growth has resulted in large amounts of employees just muddling through while approx 1/3 of core employees do the heavy lifting.
